It's been quite a while myself and DG Detriot have been discussing the return to Colorado for Patrick Elias. We could not be happier that Elias will be playing along side Staal and Stillman, he will bring along experience and leadership and hes a potential goal scorer. Tomorow night's game will determine how our team can produce made of young players. "Colorado is finally complete" and we have high hopes for our goaltender Nicklas Backstrom.
Today's Trades To Detriot --> Chris Stewart + Cody Wild To Colorado --> Patrick Elias + 4rp OTT Tomorow night's lines will be announced prior to the game | |

| THE COLORADO INSIDEROLD ONE'S OUT NEW ONE'S IN This week's scoop will not be involved with our weeks games. The reason may be is because many trades have been done. First off i would like to thank the GM's of the LHSQ for this premier opertunity. Now with the reconstruction of the Colorado Avalanche we have a playoff spot and loom to lead on it. Many young players have been traded throughout the month, Including player as:: Mike Green, Angelo Esposito, Jordan Staal, Patrick Elias, Brett Carson, Tim Thomas, Nicklas Backstromm and etc. Lot's off all these players have HUGE opertunities that lay ahead of them. We got Derek Brassard from second like in Colorado to 1rst Line in Florida, Mike Green playing along side Alex Ovechkin and others... SITTING IN 8th PLACE The team took into consideration that making it to the finals and beging fresh could simply mean WINNING more often. As of today the AVS sit in 8th play overall in the western conference... NEW BLOOD The TEAM, STAFF, COACH, and GM, would like to personally welcome one of the greates Goaltenders in the History of the LHSQ/NHL " Martin Brodeur ". Marty is a veteran in this league and many others and we expect him to show GREAT leadership to the team. As GM of the Colorado Avalanche we give Brodeur the spot of Captain. Dany Heatly and Anze Kopitar, Dany is a great scorer with much potential, hes an experienced player of this league and we hope to see alot from him. Anze, there isn't much we can say about Anze Kopitar, only that he is to become the teams top MAN. He shall show how things get done and how to do them right. So along the road to the CUP, we would liek to congradulate all that are now on this great CLUB. WELCOME TO COLORADO!!! FINAL CHAPTER The final chapter of this story is basically, starting fresh scoring goals, good communication, and leadership. The team is now in a spot for the WIN. Tomorow night's lines will be announced prior to the game | |
